About this listen

Where do we find security? What happens when, even though we’re surrounded by that security, our worst nightmare comes to life?

What if we were raised differently from everybody else? What if we lived our lives like everybody else, but when we went home it was too different?

Would we stray from the confines of what we know, just to be normal? Just so we could be like everybody else?

Or would we stay within what we knew, no matter how strange it was?

From one weirdo to another, stay weird and enjoy the ride!

You may be more normal than you know! And you just might learn to enjoy the worst nightmare of your weird universe.

I'm not really sure what to make of this one. It's well written and the narration is clear, but the way it's read is very measured, almost like how you'd read a poem. Not sure if it was meant to be read that way or not, but it certainly added a unique dimension to the story.

I was given this book free of charge and am voluntarily leaving this review.

Definitely different.

This is a truly short book. It involves a person who sleeps wrapped in the claws of a giant beast. They feel it is close to a bird but really can't be described. This appears to be their approach to security and they feel anxiety when not in the embrace of the claws.

There does not seem to be a true meaning to why the person is protected by the beast and during the one time that the beast loosened it's claws the person felt unsafe and felt secure when the beast held them tight again.

The narration was good and understandable.

This book was provided free of charge in exchange for an honest review.

Different view of security
