I learned a lot from this book. The sections on antibiotics and on effectively growing your herb garden were my favorite. I loved learning that the herbs I love cooking with are so beneficial to our bodies! There's a lot of good information here and practical cautions to proceed slowly. Switching to natural remedies
I’ve been wanting to move away from pharmaceutical drugs and start using natural remedies for my health. This book gave me a great starting point!
