When had my life turned into trying to survive a war? It felt like just yesterday I was a 'mostly' normal girl. Okay, maybe being a shifter-witch hybrid meant I'd never been normal, but at least I'd led a quiet life.

Our favorite pack is at it again, trying to tackle the enormous chore that has been placed upon them. There are twists and turns and so much growth. And oh the betrayal, I didn't see it coming. It doesn't end all neat and tidy, there are unresolved items (at least 3 but only 2 are kinda big, one small lose thread), so if you were hoping this would be the end, I will be the bearer of bad news and say that isn't so. If you were sad thinking this was the end and you would lose your favorite rag tag group, there are still things unresolved so at least another book or 2 could be coming. The spice is spicing in this book, more so than the others. To be completely honest, there was a time or two where I was wishing all the spice would stop so we could get back to the issues at hand. Like come on people, the world is ending and you have time for that much spice? The kids are of course present, it felt like they were less present about half way through though.

I don’t do reviews but this is one of the best series. I have read in a long time! I would recommend it to anyone just enough, plot twist, and spice for your Paranormal needs.

I love the stories, they built up and kept answering inquiries throughout the stories. Each book tells a different story but builds up to the big finish. Very excellent read!!!!

This is the final book in this series the last adventure for Callie and the stoneridge pack. It’s been a wild ride full of vampire allies,corrupted councilmen,good witches and bad witches,good shifters and bad shifters,seers who won’t tell there secrets,magic,love…and wraiths can’t forget the wraiths. We see a lot of growth in Callie and her mates in this series,discovering there true heritage and becoming the pack they were always meant to be. And the “pups” how can you not love them. It was multiple pov,always a bonus for me. There was plenty of steam 🔥 after book one. The one thing I didn’t really like was how the magic changed Gray’s personality,I know he’s an alpha but it kind of made him into an alph-hole at times like a moody teen bleah who wants that in a man(I prefer the alph cinnamon roll type but that’s just me) I do hope this author brings more of there work to audible as I’ve read other things they have written and enjoyed them but the voice acting just really adds something to it. 10/10 for this series.
