This process is important and is to be used in order to come to terms with your pain and loss.
Grieving should not be a negative process, though. It is a natural part of life. It is part of growing up. Everyone goes through this process at one point or another, and it's just a matter embracing it and accepting to let go. Grief should make you grow. By overcoming the pain and regaining your life, you will learn to replace the current negative experience of your loss with a lasting positive one that plays a significant role in your future. Unfortunately, grief is an intensely emotional process that can slip out of your control very easily, and could cause lasting emotional damage for those not prepared.
Why would it be positive?
How to Cope with Grief and Loss was written because nobody deserves to live in a negative, draining state. A negative mindset and attitude towards life after a loss will only lead that life downwards into a stagnant depression.
By following simple concepts taught in this book on how to cope with grief, you will slowly but surely pull your life back into a positive light.
The progress will be made with your loved one walking forward with you at every step. You will be able to acknowledge their contributions to not only your life, but the joy they brought to others as well. You will see just how blessed you are for having known this person and it should ultimately allow your light to shine once again. Your loved ones will always be a part of you, and nothing will change that. It is about how you learn to cope with the grief and accept that they have moved on because, just like you and I, they are also part of a perfect plan created by love.

Helping me cope
Gave me some what/how of idea about coping with divorce. My wife and partner for 8 years surprised me with a divorce after my birthday. We’ve grown to be like best friends! I’ve no idea that she fell out of love. So I’m playing this via audible (because I fall asleep when I read books) over and over, until it sinks in.
