great reminders of what's important/useful
As someone who thinks that I know a lot about strategies to de-stress and relax, I would say that there are a lot of great strategies discussed in this audiobook that are broken down and practical to do for anyone. You can choose what techniques resonate most with you and integrate it into your routines. Everything is broken down step-by-step so principles are not just superficially defined but rather are described in detail.

Finally, a stress relief guide that actually works
I don’t usually write reviews, but after listening to this audiobook I felt the need to share my thoughts! I've gone through multiple self-help books to help manage my stress, but this is the first one that has truly delivered practical techniques that are easy to incorporate into daily life.
I love how the author makes the book extremely relatable! I found myself nodding along to her personal experiences - it was evident that she truly understands the impact stress can have on someone's life. This connection made the book all the more engaging and impactful.
The audiobook itself was an excellent listen, and I’m now planning to purchase the physical book as well. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to take control of their stress and improve their well-being

Easy to understand!
This was a great listen because it kept things simple and easy to follow along and the tips and tools are not overwhelming, this way it will hopefully be easy to stick with applying and creating some new healthy habits from this which is something I can struggle with!

Unstress yourself
Stress is one of the main problems that causes health issues - I am sure of that. Many times I experienced the consequences on myself. This book is a treasure of useful tips and guides on how to diminish stress in everyday life. The huge plus is that all guidance is simple and easy to follow. As a bonus, it contains additional stress relief tools which I found highly useful.
