It was a good listen, not really what I expected out of it but interesting enough

Being a nurse, I see the scenarios all the time. I enjoyed this book. I would’ve loved to listen to more.
I gave it four due to foul language.

All true stories

This had me rolling. Zach’s sharp wit mixed with intelligence and the ability to offer up nuggets of authentic perspective was so refreshingly funny and hard to find. Even the virtual voice somehow made the delivery hysterically deadpan. I fully laughed throughout this gem. Loved it!!

Totally unique, smart and funny.

I usually hate computer generated voices, but this one was great! it had a few hangup, but not major as many as some of the distractingly bad real narrators I listened to. I loved the book.

Great, funny book!

I don’t know why he included the places he & his friends ate??? I wanted more inside info and less about the restaurants where he ate.

Disappointed

An amalgamation of interesting anesthesia stories and facts, underwhelming restaurant stories, and sadly the author is still stuck believing COVID propaganda.
the AI narration was mediocre too unfortunately.

AI narration not a hit

he just blabbers on about bad chain restaurants he ate at in medical school

weird book that talks more about bad food than anesthesia

This could have been have done without chain restaurant anecdotes. Hard to follow chapters. Hated virtual voice.

Not sure what I just listened to
