Publisher's summary

Understand that no contact is forever. You never beg or plead with anybody on Planet Earth for them to stay in your life. You must carry yourself and treat yourself like you are the prize. If they don't want to be in your life, you have to look at them like it's their loss.

During the breakup process, your ex will start little petty arguments and fights. Never argue back with them. Just let them go, and you go work on your purpose, dreams, and goals because that's the most important thing that you have at the end of the day.

It will hurt, but you must learn to control your emotions. The key to becoming heartless in this situation is to not take your ex seriously. Find something that you love and focus intensely on that. You must get out of your comfort zone, live life with a purpose, start maintaining healthy eating habits, and start controlling your sexual energy.

Keep away from small-minded motherf--kers and whatever the media is throwing out. There, it's okay to be isolated, at times. Don't let your mind drift. Take control of your thoughts, plan plots, and strategize your life because at the end of the day, you the most important person in your universe. It's all about you.

You have complete power over your life you make the decision of who comes and goes in your life. Remember, your life is not a revolving door, so if they leave let them go and you never let them return, understand that in the Bible, God kicks Satan out of heaven in the beginning of the Bible, then Adam violated he kicked his ass out also they never returned it.

Never let your ex use you as an emotional tampon to come tell you about what they're doing in another relationship that's the epitome of weakness.

Never put up with anyone disrespect no matter who it is God made you to be the head not the tail remember these things I said in this book and you should be okay and always work on your purpose your goals whatever you have an ambition to do on planet Earth do something that the future you would thank you for.

Relationship is a small thing. Don't focus on that, and never be relationship-focused, and never be a super-pleaser for someone who doesn't want you in their life.

Breakup? Best guide to get you back on your game.

I was impressed with the logic, the plan, the brutal reality, and the common sense approach. This will wake you up, the dose of reality that is provided, and will help you focus on you, and what you need to do. There are also many examples of relationship red flags, and endings. This will help you recover faster from heart ache. I can't say enough about this book... I've binge watched YouTube, and have read other books, but "I'm the Prize" masterfully puts it altogether concisely. You need advice on a breakup? Search no further...this is thee book to help you.
