En mi opinión, es un buen libro, con herramientas para el autodescubrimiento y desarrollo personal, es un libro didáctico , que incluye unos muy buenos consejos de cómo poder liberar la carga mental.
no quiero dar más spoilers así que te invito, a descubrir las maravillas del libro por ti mismo.
