This book does provide general information for memory improvement, and it provides some memory games for readers to practice.
Pros:
1. Short. This book is really short, so it is easy to finish the book.
2. Practice. The author put some memory games for readers to practice.
3. The narrator speaks clear.
Cons:
1. No detail or strong scientific information. This book lists different principles or techniques to improve memory.
However, the detail information (eg. Original group/ publication)
2. Limited new info. The book is really short, especially there are some chapters are memory games.
I think it's only 1/3-1/2 are the information.
3. Audible is not the best format for this book. Few chapters are memory games. I don't think Audible is the best format for memory games. Btw, I cannot find the website (mymemorytool.com ?)mention in the book. Maybe it should be listed on the book introduction directly.
