Easy to Understand !!!
I've started personal logs of memory improvement with included exercises and enjoy newly found sharpness. Then he goes on to give you many examples of how to learn, file, organizes, and get information back, The audiobook is VERY well, the narrator voice is best and I understand much better then other with exercise and examples of different techniques.
