I was disappointed a bit with this Alanna book. Mainly because I think Alanna's romantic adventures with older men were a bit strange. Why can't Alanna meet a boy her own age? In particular the relationship with George... I don't care for George and he is... 7 years older? Yuck.
Overall, if you like Alanna you will enjoy this. Although I think the talking cat Faithful was a little much. This was a good book. Recommend for teens and young adults.

There are many things I enjoyed about this book. The clash between Alanna and Roger, the witty style of writing... I could go on for hours.Have you listened to any of Trini Alvarado’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
