About this listen

Jack’s only job was to help provide for his camp. Then he found an object that could save the world...or destroy it. Jack is an ordinary kid. He lives in the background at 13 years old, with life as dull as the wrecked city he lives in. But a boring life is a safe one, right? When Jack discovers a mysterious piece of technology, his life is thrown into chaos. His camp is taken under siege, and he’s forced to flee, leaving his brother behind amid the eternal war of Good and Evil. Can he save his camp and keep the precious object out of the wrong hands?

Indifferents- Fun and Interesting

I have read "Indifferents" twice, when it was first published and again when "Indigo Fading" was published. I really enjoyed hearing it again, when Wesley Scott made the audible version. It once more shows the talent and imagination of Casey. I recommend other grandmothers consider giving the audiobook to their grandchildren. It can be listened to one chapter at a time or more for youth who have more time to spend with the book.

Full of adventures

The moment I started this book I can’t stop. From the routine antics of Jack at the beginning, to the grand escape and then all the new adventures with his friends along the way running away and back home, the action never stop.

I gave this book five stars because the narrator brought this book to life. All the small details were captured seamlessly. Listening to the book was like being part of Jack’s adventures - roped into the world of the good, evil and Indifferents.

I will highly recommend this book to all my friends and family of all ages.

Inspiring & Captivating

I have read the ebook and paperback version of this book and even the audiobook is my third time of pondering on Jack and his friends action packed adventure, I still get the same feeling of inspiration. There is so much love and motivation in the heart of this teen author which brought to life by Jack's character. His message of making a difference in the world he lives in even in such young age gives high motivation to an individual like me. Make a difference in the life of others.
The narrator did such an excellent job on each character voice over. There were parts of the story that I couldn't help but laugh when Jack screamed in his head "EEEEEKKk! " That's hilarious!!
