Great book for overall health of women over 50.

Although I'm over 60 years old, many of the insights in this book are very relatable. I implement intermittent fasting in my own life and have been very successful in losing weight and improving my overall health. This book goes beyond intermittent fasting and provides a holistic approach to weight loss and better health as we enter the later stages of life. Regarding the audio, I found the narrator to be very pleasant to listen to and I didn't tire of her voice or cadence. I recommend this book to women approaching 50 years of age and those over.

Very helpful guide
