Healing with Nature!

Dang, it was the first time for me to hear about earthing and grounding and the benefits from cosistently practicing it!! I just know that nature can heal us in some ways but this book taught me the right way of doing it. I'm so thankful that I got the chance to read thiS!!

Super Interesting!

The book explains how connecting with the Earth can help reduce stress, inflammation, and even improve sleep. These are things I never really thought about before and I never would have considered that just being outside or using some grounding tools on the market could improve my health. One With Nature

I enjoyed listening to the audiobook Introduction to Earthing and Grounding. This holistic approach to connecting with nature and using Earthing and Grounding allows your body to heal itself naturally. Our society has gotten away from walking barefoot, especially in colder climates, and this is a way to get back to our healing roots. Feel Better Naturally

I heard about grounding from a friend and wanted to learn more. This book made it easier to understand the idea of connecting with the Earth to improve health, which is something I only recently heard of.
