Very interesting subject
I have been fascinated by this subject for a while, after hearing of some medical success stories wth grounding, but I never really had a full understanding of the thoeries behind it. This audiobook offers a very clear background and discusses the scientific reasoning of grounding. With practical tips and soutions this is a practice that I will now incoprorate into my life.
