THE BRAND-NEW BOOK FROM BESTSELLING AUTHOR ALI MCNAMARA

ESCAPE THIS CHRISTMAS WITH THE ULTIMATE FESTIVE ROMANCE . . .

Wanted: experienced writer to record the history of one house and its family.
Bed and board provided, the successful applicant must love Christmas.

Elle is rudderless, jobless and she's soon to be homeless. When she spies an advert that looks like it could answer all her problems, she's devastated to see one huge catch: Elle definitely does not love Christmas.

On Mistletoe Square, an eccentric elderly woman and her unconventional housekeeper have an enormous Christmas tree and a box of delicate decorations collected over what must be centuries. With each decoration comes a story and with each story a breath-taking glimpse of a Christmas past.

One Christmas at a time, the house's history is brought vividly to life for Elle. But the more she sees of the family's past, the more she wonders where and how their story might end. And what of her own story? Is it possible that what felt like an ending might have been leading her here . . . to a new beginning?

Bestselling author and reader favourite, Ali McNamara, is giving her listeners just what's on their Christmas list. The perfect read for fans of Heidi Swain, Philippa Ashley and Sarah Morgan.

Curl up with this magical winter warmer . . .

It Always Snows In Mistletoe Square

The book follows a female character named Elle who is adopted has just left her job and is about to become homeless if she doesn’t find something quick. She runs into an ad that brings her to the Christmas and Holly house, where she mets a very eccentric woman that lives with her housekeeper. Elle is a little skeptical because she does not like Christmas, but there’s something about the women that live there. The tree gets decorated with ornaments that are filled with magic making a story come to life!

The story starts off fairly slow giving the reader a look into Elle’s current life and what brings her to the Christmas house. The beginning of the book starts making you think to yourself “wait a minute, what’s really going on here?” Once the story starts getting closer to the end and the magic starts unraveling between each story everything starts to come together and it all starts to make sense. The magical element that the author put into this book is just magnificent. The joy that the book brings while reading it and the clarity you get to all the questions is phenomenal. Everything in the story is so well thought out and just falls into place perfectly. The book maintains a slow steady intriguing pace all the way through! The book definitely ties all loose ends at the end of the book with a definite twist you will not expect!

This is the first book I am giving a 5 star in 2025! It was very beautifully written. The story and the feel that it gives is just so magical I would recommend it to anyone who loves Christmas. Anyone who is or has experience with adoption might also want to give this book a try. If you are also looking for something sweet and light hearted this is also a book for you! Overall such an amazing book everyone should read!
