Either poorly written or poorly performed
I’m not sure whether this book is poorly written or whether they narrator simply did a poor job of reading it. Within the first 5 minutes there were instances of words left out of sentences, the wrong word being used, not pausing the narration where there should be a comma, and statements that were so poorly worded they simply became inaccurate. If you are a knowledgeable keto dieter you will cringe at this audiobook. If you are a newbie you will either be confused or worse, misled. The author is trying to get across some good info but does such a bad job of delivery that I had to stop listening before the end of chapter 1. I gave it 2 stars only because the writer is trying to explain some valuable information. Horrible writing or horrible performance, not sure which. Either way, would not recommend.

REPETITIVE.....
I had to stop listening to this book. she literally says the same things from chapter to chapter, almost exactly. It is very hard to follow. I do not recommend!
