About this listen

Lake Eerie

The piranha–razor-toothed terror of the Amazon–attacking in swarms, stripping flesh off the bones of helpless victims in seconds.

Piranha have never been successfully introduced into American waters...until now.

Lake Perdition is open for fishing for the first time in 12 years, and a nasty surprise awaits for opening day.

One man has already been eaten alive. Several others are missing.

Lurking beneath the surface of this idyllic northwestern lake is an extremely deadly invasive species–overpopulated and starving.

The lake is open and the fish are biting!

I really enjoyed this. It was a typical B Movie Creature Feature, with enough detail to be really interesting. The setting was great - really eerie (pardon the pun) with great backstory and well presented and described. The story wasn't long, but was just long enough with perfect detail. But the ending surprised me. It certainly wasn't to the normal script, and I really enjoyed it. I didn't see it coming. Great story!

The only qualm I had was the narrator. He was a little too deadpan for this one. But better that than overdone.

Great Creature Feature with a twist at the end

I love a creature feature! This one could have been a lot more gory, but I'm glad the story moved along at a quicker pace. Still, there were twists and turns I didn't expect.

Fast moving and unexpected
