I loved all of it and will listen to it over and over, but the way he reads it he sounds so angry.... Isn't this about happiness? I got the message so that's what's important...

I started doing the Course in 1989. I got a lot out of hearing Jon's book. I'm just about to play it again from the beginning. It helps to hear it presented over and over.
His reading is not the most dynamic, but I got used to it and found it very helpful.

Like other reviewers, i had trouble with the monotone voice - but only at first. Once i got used to it, and the content started sinking in, i really loved this book. I found it to be 100% congruent with the Course, which I loved, and the topics he included resonated with me deeply where i happen to be in my (seeming) journey. Dr. Mundy uses quotes from the Course and stories from his life, as well as quotes and stories from other mystics' lives, to teach course principles. Many of his quotes were either some of my favorites or something i had recently read, which was a beautiful blessing for me personally. He also shares very practical applications of Course principles, which helped me in a couple of areas in which I have asked for help. He shares practical applications so (unusually) well that i think this would be a great book for anyone struggling with applying Course to daily life or seeking a greater understanding Course principles in general. I have already started listening to it a second time, and i know will go back to listen to it again in the future, Thank you Dr. Mundy.

Would you consider the audio edition of Lesson 101: Perfect Happiness to be better than the print version?

What didn’t you like about Jon Mundy’s performance?

The narration is very fast in some sections and it's difficult to take it all in at once.

Any additional comments?

I purchased both of Jon's books on audible. The first one on A Course of Miracles was hard for me to follow, the narration was so mundane-perhaps it's better in print form. In my opinion, this book was much easier to listen to, Although I love Marianne Williamson,I found "Perfect Happiness" as helpful or even more so than some of her books, Munday doesn't interject quite as much of his personal opinion, but rather approaches teachings of the Course in a very loving, matter of fact manner. I can listen over and over and continue to learn something new and very useful every time..I highly recommend this book for any student of the Course
