Been listening to this at least 20 times and I still "hear" something new every time. His book and ideas unfold over time as you grow and start to truly understand the principles.
His amazing speaking skills (free flow yet no "umms...ahs") somehow help you pay attention (hard to explain, it just does) so that helps.
Had a profound change in my life and it will probably continue to do so.
You do not need to be religious to grasp the core principles. I was agnostic/atheist but the teachings of Beckwith and a few other events made me rethink my attitude.

Yes, its worth it for a guide in the series if you liked the Secret movie and follow the new thought type thinking. You can see how the author has his slant on things. Some segments drift a little in the middle of the book, almost like he is making up the content as he goes, but that is the authors style and so be it. And I may recommend that you listen to a few other similar type books first to make sure you have somewhat of a foundation for what his is presenting or you may get confused. I got it, but I may not have understood it all if this my first experience with these concepts. I saw the Secret movie and listened to the Hicks stuff and a few of the Secret authors first. If you are following up on all this and want to become aware of the big picture, this is one is the series you should got through as well. These audio books are far far cheaper then any of the other training they offer, so listen to the books first to see what suites you. I got a giggle out of some sections as well.
