Meditation audible book to change your life
Thoroughly enjoyed this audible, help me to stay completely focused for the entire time over two hours got me in every meditative state tour I could have the space to be aware of my past break the bondage of the past create a whole new awareness and thoughtfulness of my presence State of mind and create in my mind a new future, intentionally asking maintaining a space of gratitude imagining my new future as if it were right now in the feelings at all along with it and I am grateful for this audible book

Interesting reading

Iam learning every night
It makes sense from many stand points . The brain been taught to react to stimulus of reaction from responses till it’s programmed. Deprogramming is very important to move on and gain new inside . It takes time to believe feel and trust . I love to swim so space for me is under the water . And the ocean so vast like space . Joe . Your doing such an homer for all of us . Life changing for me
