I'm hooked.
I was going to quit this book, because of the scene that takes place at the beginning. Her Mamma's a Bitch. It bother me badly. I'm glad I didn't quit, because I so enjoyed this book. Johnnie and the whole crew are memorable. Johnnie had me laughing out loud the entire book.

Great story terrible narration
You could here the narrator swallow and breathe with every pause. I think I even heard what sounded like him taking a drink. Loved the story but I think a woman should have been the narrator.

A great Listen
This book had me laughing, close to tears at some parts and in others my mouth was hanging open so much my coworkers started given me weird looks. I couln't put it down so I finished it by the end of the work day. This book is a work of fiction which I believe gave the author more room to weave this fascinating story, I loved it and can't wait to listen to the next book. If you're a person who can't handle graphic adult situations then you need to skip this hench the open mouth part of my day LOL!

This is one of my favorite series. I’ve read the book many years ago but I couldn’t find the other books in the series so to keep myself fresh I start with book 1 and I have listened to them all. Although I’m not a fan of the performers voice do love the story.
