About this listen

Juggling two jobs is nothing new for registered nurse Hillary Glenwood; she’s been doing it for most of her adult life. She has an objective she intends to meet. But, just months before reaching her goal, she witnesses a violent attack outside her apartment that rattles her determination.

However, her carefully controlled life runs completely off the rails when she recognizes the new neighbor coming to the rescue.

As a hacker, Radar Jansen hasn’t always used his expertise in the most respectable ways, until he came to work for PASS Security. Normally his time is spent behind a computer, but that doesn’t mean his skills end there.

While walking his dog one night, he sees a familiar woman rushing into a dangerous situation. His training kicks in.

With Hillary’s safety compromised, the keyboard warrior puts on his real life armor to shield the woman who is fast becoming his only focus.

Fabulous Adventure

The best part of an audiobook is that the characters come to life. Freya does such a great job at making her characters seem real and reliable, bit the narrative finishes it off beautifully.
A great story that takes us to unknown territory with the world of the web and online gaming. Getting caught up with the moments and. looking for acceptance. Add a love nobody was looking for and a struggle with independence.

excellent

as always an excellent book and a great addition to the series. I'm looking forward to reading Yannis and Bree's story in book 4.

Learning to Love

Radar may be a genius white hat hacker but he’s also self-absorbed to a fault. It takes almost losing his new love Hillary to force him to realize he has growing to do if he’s going to hold onto the love of a good woman. That and and a whole lot of friends and family reminding him she’s a woman worth fighting for. He finally lives up to the challenge.

Sex overcomes sense

This is my least favorite book in this series, primarily because the female lead continually has reason to back away from the male lead, but caves as soon as he touches her. He gets immersed in work and is too inconsiderate to call her, and stands her up. She gets justifiably mad, but he barely says “Oops, sorry “ and she falls into his arms. I want her to hold him accountable, but she never does. I found it very irritating.
