In this latest installment of The Perfect Passion Company, our favorite matchmaker, Katie Donald, continues her unwavering endeavor to help the lonely hearts of Edinburgh find love.

After facilitating a handful of successful romances, Katie Donald is eager to continue helping the lovelorn citizens of Edinburgh find connection. Word of her expertise spreads quickly, and more people than ever are flocking to the Perfect Passion Company seeking Katie’s advice. With each client’s distinctive quirks and unique personalities, Katie finds herself seeking new and creative solutions to locate their perfect match.

You know how a long conversation meanders and morphs from one thing to another, presenting problems that work out as the conversation progresses? That's this book. I'll have to re-read it to understand how seamlessly McCall Smith moves the conversation from one concern to another, revealing something new about the characters the further it goes. Another beautiful installment by our friend AMS. Great narration by Amy Alexander. These characters are interesting and complex. And it’s lovely to witness their growth as they become better versions of themselves. A cozy story that I thoroughly enjoyed.

I love this series!!!

The story wasn’t as fresh or fast paced as the previous books. Some of the conversations were long and drawn out. Hoping the fourth book is better.
