Story
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

Some of the world's most successful companies - Google, Disney, Starbucks - are not simply profit-driven, but purpose-driven. They identify the purpose behind why they do what they do and let their "why" drive what they do every day. Nicholas Pearce argues that we all should do the same: discover our "why" and commit to the journey of aligning our daily work with our life's work. The Purpose Path is for people in any field who long to have more than just a job or a career, but a true vocation that allows them to connect their soul with their role.

What made the experience of listening to Love It or Hate It the most enjoyable?
This inspirational life book is full of real-life experiences that most people could not address. The detailed motivational guides in the book make me want to listen to every aspect of it from start to finish. Moreover, its only an hour and half long but the information in the book is very precise and direct. The narrator did an excellent job in voicing out openly. GREAT BOOK!!
What other book might you compare Love It or Hate It to and why?
I could compare this book to The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I could compare this book to The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.I will like to listen to this book in one sitting because the writer has a great wisdom in explaining the standards for our motive. The words in this book make me wonder why l do things certain ways sometimes. She told in the book that "when you have a standard motive, you will attract much opposition and many challenges....." This is so true".
Any additional comments?
I love this book allot!!!Amazing Book!!!

This book helps you to discover the answer to that question and so much more. If you have difficulties in discovering your true potential then you need to read this!
One thing that I like , is the fact that real life experiences, which everyone can relate to were used to convey this powerful message. Margaret took the time to provide the reader with step by step information as how to unlock the secret to how to have a better job, a better relationship and a better life in general.
Few of my favorite points from this book are:
1. Motives kills dreams.
2. Motives makes you unique and separated from the rest of the world.
3. Once we lose sight of our motive we begin to sink down.
Also the narrator was perfect. I felt like I was listening to a conversation I had with friends. I thoroughly enjoyed it and looking forward to more of her work.
This book is awesome!!

What did you love best about Love It or Hate It?
If you ever feel a bit depress, lost or just without motivation, I really recommend this book. What insight do you think you’ll apply from Love It or Hate It?
I started to listen with a little of doubt if it would help me, because I’m in my thirties and with some uncertainties about where I’m going with some aspects of my life, and I think I never thought about the MOTIVES of some decisions, and now I’m starting to think more conscious about why I should do or do not things, because I have to work for my purpose in order to achieve a plenty life. Also, now I think about the motives of the decisions of other people does and affects me, so I don’t have to take anything personal, because, everyone is working towards their own purposes, and their motives are not always lead to another person but to their own. I really enjoyed listened this book.Any additional comments?
I recommend to listening in the morning or when you are going to sleep, as a kind of meditation, because the content and the voice of the narrator will make you feel comfortable, relax and full of peace as you think in your motives for your next move.Looking for how to go back to your own center? What did you love best about Love It or Hate It?
I loved the way it's written. The author uses personal experiances throughout the book to make the "dry" topic seem more personal. The audio book drew me in, and kept all of my attention for the entire 120min length. My initial idea was to listen to the book while working, but that was just not possible. Loved every second of it.What did you like best about this story?
The story is written in a way that makes you actually wonder and ask yourself "am I the best version of myself"? It is the thing that differentiates it from the other Motivation books outhere that make their author seem condescending and boring. It actually forces you to think, and with the author's personal examples knitted throughout makes and exceptionally fun and helful read. What does Betsy Grisard bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Betsy Grisard is a narration legend, and I probably bought 80% of hardcopy books that I own because of her narration. With Mrs. Grisard's narration you feel like the book is made for you only, and noone else. What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
What keeps coming back to my mind is "A good motive applied in the wrong direction automatically becomes a wrong one".The first time I heard this quote it really took me by surprise. I kept going back to the chapter 6, and listen to it again and again.Any additional comments?
I would like to wish the author many more books like this one.Wonderful self-guide book

What made the experience of listening to Love It or Hate It the most enjoyable?
What made the book enjoyable was on how everything flows together. One thing ties with the other, so you don't get lost hearing the information. What was one of the most memorable moments of Love It or Hate It?
The memorable moments were the self analyzing questions. It makes you think on what type of person you are. At times you have to think what moves you into doing something and this book does that. It makes you meditate in yourself on who you are as a person. What does Betsy Grisard bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Her tone of voice is smooth it makes the book some to life. When she asks the questions she gives the right amount of time for you to analyze your answer. It's just the way she talks makes the book enjoyable. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The book moved me since the beginning. It gives you something to think about in your own life. Some of the things mentioned you can recall them in a personal level. You can see the heart put into the book.Deep

What made the experience of listening to Love It or Hate It the most enjoyable?
It's a book to which everyone can relate to and can help you (re)direct your thoughts and think about your life choices. Listing some questions can turn assessing your life a simple task that will help you get into a better path to you and self-discovery.Also, the narrator has a very good pace and I really enjoyed listening to it.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Love It or Hate It?
"Be transformed" was my favourite chapter. We should take control of our own destiny and not limit ourselves. Sometimes, we wait so long for transformation that we wait around doing nothing and that is wrong. We must renew our strategy for renewed results, if we keep using the same strategy we keep having the same results that leave us feeling like a failure. It seems pretty obvious but we keep forgetting it. Always guard your motives close to your heart.Which scene was your favorite?
I have several and all of them have in common that they're personal experiences from the author. It makes it easier to relate to what is written and think about our own life experiences and reflect on what we're doing wrong and how to empower ourselves and nourish our motives to have a better life.If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Empower yourself!Any additional comments?
Try it! You'll feel like you have more tools to assess your life and feel more empowered. Why you need this book in your life

Where does Love It or Hate It rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
There is a right moment for everything in life, and this book has come at the right moment in my hands. We all have periods of time when we reflect on how was our life like so far, or how is it going to be from now on, how the relationships we have or had influenced us and what changes we can make to have a meaningful and gratifying life.Margaret Normeshie has written this self guide to bring awareness of the fact that we can overcome the difficulties that come across our path, and the way of doing this is to find the motives that make us take the most important decisions, the reasons that stand behind the choices we make and how they influence the quality of our lives.
The narration performed by Betsy Grisard came to complete the harmonious writing, and it made out of 'Love It or Hate It: Motive Secret' a definitely 'love it' kind of book.
we need the right motives

Would you listen to Love It or Hate It again? Why?
Yes! This book captured me and made me look at my own motives in my own life . The book is a lot like a mirror forcing one to see the reflection of their own true self and why you make the decisions you do or have made. What was one of the most memorable moments of Love It or Hate It?
The biblical scripture involved and the moments it made me evaluate my own choices for why I married and who I married and my career path along with many other choices and motives in my life whether good or bad.Have you listened to any of Betsy Grisard’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
NoDid you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
The book brought up many emotions that brought tears to my eyes. I wish I had this book as a guide when I was young!Any additional comments?
I would recommend this book to anyone who needs self, past and future evaluation of their life.Awesome Book
