Básicamente de dos tipos: Los que piensan que centrarse en ella es una tontería y que lo que importa es la acción y dejarse de filosofías. Y los que piensan que la mente lo es todo y nos puede conducir a donde queramos, sin más. Son los que han estudiado el secreto, la ley de la atracción... y se pasan la mitad del tiempo repitiendo mantras de lo que quieren conseguir, visualizando y poniendo los ojos en blanco. Yo creo que en la ecuanimidad radica la virtud. Por eso pienso que la mente, al igual que tantas otras cosas, puede ser tu peor enemigo o tu mayor aliado. Ocurre también con la electricidad, con el sol, con el dinero...
Como con casi todo en el mundo. Las cosas no son ni buenas ni malas, simplemente son, ahí están, y depende del uso que les demos pueden convertirse en tus aliados o tus enemigos. Pero antes de entrar en el poder de la mente...
Me gustaría precisar unos detalles en los que creo firmemente:
1) Como ya he dicho en otras ocasiones, la realidad no es algo que exista, sino algo que se crea a cada instante. No podemos partir, por tanto, de un orden de cosas establecido sobre el que actuar, sino más bien de algo en potencia que cobra realidad al llevar a cabo una serie de cosas. Y de ello depende mucho tu estado de conciencia, claro está
2) Relacionado con lo anterior: no hay límites ni reglas, y esto puedes observarlo en tu vida cotidiana en cualquier momentoUna habitación está a oscuras, pero le das a un interruptor y en fracciones de segundos se ilumina; Lanzas un producto digital y en X horas lo mismo puede llegar a 1.000 que a 100.000 personas; Marcas un número de teléfono y en un plis plas hablas con alguien que está al otro lado del mundo. Todas estas cosas hace años eran impensables, diríamos que imposibles, y hoy en día llegan a serlo. Imposible es tan solo lo que todavía no ha llegado a ser, porque todo ya existe en potencia. Los límites y las reglas son tan solo las limitaciones mentales consecuencia de las creencias adquiridas y la práctica de la vida por debajo del pleno potencial de cada uno.
3) A raíz de experiencias y reflexiones personales, he llegado al absoluto convencimiento de que todo es cuántico, lo cual trae como corolario varias cosas: Que todo depende de ti, del observador. Deja de fijarte en lo que hacen los demás, porque los demás son tan solo el reflejo tuyo (Ley del espejo). Que si todo depende de ti, por tanto, más que un observador eres un creador. Que aquello en lo que te enfocas se expande. Por eso, cuando comienzas un proyecto y estás plenamente enfocado en él comienza de repente aparece información sobre el mismo por todas partes y parece que las ideas te llueven.
¿Qué te impide desarrollar el pleno poder de la mente? Los enemigos que impiden a la mente desarrollar su pleno poder son varios: Dialogo interior Todos estamos continuamente hablando con nosotros mismos acerca de nosotros mismos (nos gustamos mucho).
