I had the opportunity to listen to this audiobook and I now feel like I have the tools necessary to help a friend deal with some of the stress and pressure they're going through. Using CBT and DBT to unlock and help treat underlying issues is sooo important. The real life examples used throughout this audiobook make learning how to deal with situations so much easier. It's a valuable book and with the unique pressures teens face today, it's a terrific resource... I think I can use some of the methods to help me, an adult, deal with certain stressors.
