I read this book once and then listened to the audiobook. Which I enjoyed even more. Very informative in helping you understand what’s going on in your brain. I loved how it explained how diet and exercise affects ADHD along with ways to help ease it. Like routine, healthy diet, and exercise. Will definitely listen again as I learn more each time.

Gain control
An insightful audiobook that helps to transform what might be viewed as a problem into something productive. I found that it offered very reasonable strategies to stay on task so that I am not as overwhelmed by my to-do lists. It takes practice to be consistent with implementing the strategies to stay focused, but they do help. I am not jumping around from task to task, leaving multiple things incomplete. Time blindness and brain fog are very real issues.
