A little all over the place

The book has some helpful strategies but was all over the place. I did not think it flowed well from strategy to strategy.

Brilliant! Wish it had an accompanying PDF

This thing is FULL of educational content and self-help exercises from start to finish. The only problem is locating those exercises later. I listen in the car and have to backtrack through the audiobook when I get home to find the exercises again. It’s a little time consuming. Other than that, I LOVE it! I’ll be coming back to this one again and again because of how much advice it has.

Wasn’t able to get through book

Comprehensive in nature but too focused on the negative for me. I am a huge fan of Clifton Strengths. I think we all have God given talents that we should focus on instead of our weaknesses. I also found the narrator robotic.

Good information; narration was distracting

I really enjoyed the content for this one, but I didn’t care for the narrator. Her cadence felt a little off.

I appreciated the action-oriented framework, but I recommend finding a way to get a hard copy. There are a lot of questionnaires and tips, and a pdf cheat sheet would have been helpful. I might put my own together.

Missed on many levels

The book written by highly educated person, with little time in business world. Extremely long winded, spoken in a format to 5th grade level.

Practical help for a distracted brain

COVID and turning 50 added to brain fog and memory issues. Looking forward to a second read to really absorb all that was learned.
