About this listen

My name is Mathew and I am a HERO! I am a HERO because of the things I can do. Can you do what I can do? Can you be a HERO like me? Come with me and see what I can do.

I am a HERO because I can dress myself...almost. I am a HERO because I can make my own breakfast...nearly. I am a HERO because I can share my toys...sometimes.

Join me to see what else I can be a HERO at, and you can be a HERO, too.

A children's book but, a lesson for all.

Would you listen to Mathew the Hero again? Why?

To remind me to do my best, even if I fail. Because we really don't control whether we succeed or fail. What we do control, is how hard we try.

What did you like best about this story?

That it is written to teach children but, it contains a lesson for a much larger audience.

Which scene was your favorite?

The main character (Mathew) understands the lesson and gives many examples of its application.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This is a simple book and maybe I enjoyed it because I am a simple person but, the subject is important enough that it should make all people think about what is really important.
