Substantive and Moving

The authors are not professional book readers, but they are certainly devoted A Course In Miracles students. They describe the process of letting go of the ego in very clear, concise language. I found myself often moved, particularly by the story of what must have been an excruciating forgiveness lesson surrounding their daughter's illness.

I highly recommend this to beginning students of ACIM, particular those that may have trouble understanding the poetic verse that was channeled from Jesus to the Shakespearean oriented psychologist Helen Schucman.

Great coverage and spiritual direction

I was very pleasantly surprised by this recording and the way the presenters (Nouk Sanchez and Tomas Vieria) clearly explained many aspects of the Course which came through their personal experiences as a couple and as parents. I appreciated their candor and how they overcame many of the trials they faced, and the lessons that they learned which are applicable to everyone's lives. For instance, they go into great detail about how special relationships are used by the ego as a sorry substitute for a true loving relationship. I don't know that this recording differs from the one sold as a CD set as it seems to be complete on its own (over 7 hours), and there are 2 guided meditations (1/2 hour total) at the end, which I found extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Outstanding experience from start to finish!

I've listened to or attended many personal/spiritual growth workshops, but this one tops them all! If you're a student of A Course In Miracles, you will benefit greatly from this and, if you're not, fasten your seat belt and open your mind and heart. Prepare to find what you've been looking for. This is it!!

Refreshing, admitting to their application of ACIM

A frank admission on their application of ACIM, very refreshing, excellent. Just what I needed to hear after a very long time of study and practice of ACIM! Love this book.

This is the full set. All of the book is here.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

The other reviews that stated this audio book is not in its entirety are from 2010. Maybe at that time it was not all there but what is available now is the whole book with the meditations. I normally don't take the time to write reviews but this book has helped me so much that I was inspired to post this review so that if something about the book calls out to you... that you know you are getting the whole book.

I have found that the more I learn to trust the less fear I have. This book has started a chain of events in my life that I could have never imagined. I am so grateful for finding it and hope everyone who listens to it finds the same peace that is now growing in my life.

Great - BUT NOT the whole 6 CD set

The four-hours presented are great but Tomas refers often to things he will discuss later and to guided meditations that are NOT on this audio book. There is a six-CD set with same title on the Take Me to Truth web site.

Divorced worked for them

I stopped listening after a short period of time because I lost interest in their point of view very quickly. That's not the solution I am looking for.

Fully Agree with other Reviewers

I was left disappointed as it is not complete and it alludes to meditations and discussions that never take place. Pass on it.

This Is Not The Full Set Of Lectures!

Be advised that this is not the full set of lectures that you would buy if you bought the CD set. I have been buying audio programs from Audible for several years now and this is the first time that I did not receive what I expected. I made the mistake of assuming that because there is no information advising the buyer that this is only an abridged or shortened version of the lectures, that I would be receiving the full content, the same as if I had purchased it from Amazon or another distrubutor. Well, the description "Sounds True" but is not. I have now found out that over 2 hours of content is missing. If you want listen to the full version, buy the CDs, not Audibles (unadvertised) Abridged version. That being said I give 5 stars to the wonderful series of lectures and the 1 star is for Audible.

Disappointing

I don't think this is worth the price. It seems disjointed and incomplete; left me with little to take away. I was frustrated with the amount of time spent on their family crisis and wanted more guidance for daily living. I wanted to love it, I just didn't.
