Practical tips
There was some practical wisdom tips that I plan to implement and I will look in to other modern stoics briefly mentioned. It would have been nice to hear some quotes by them instead of 99.5% Marcus Arelius. Might post on a FB singles group asking if there are any other Stoics to connect with. Could be a conversation starter at the least. Thanks.

I Love the workbook. What a great tool to keep a disciplined practice, notice progress, patterns and evolution in one’s self.
