I loved this book by Josie Jade/Janie Crouch (new to me). I loved the action, suspense, ex-SEALs, and the whole idea/purpose of the RWR. Now I'm interested in the other guys' stories, too. Plus it looks like some loose threads are wrapped up in later books, so I bought bk 5 and put the rest on my wishlist.
The narrators were Lidia Dornet (new to me) & Connor Crais (my fav & reason I bought the audio) . I really liked Lidia's m & f voices and will look for more by her. The acting by both was great!

The story was good but the audio issues on Connor’s side were VERY distracting. It was layered speaking that I was willing to overlook until it happened way too often. Just random moments where it sounds like two of him talking about a millisecond behind… you know just enough to make you wonder if you’re high the first three times

So many times (maybe 6) the audio would change almost like overlapping the narrator who be reading but it was like 6 of him with a bit of a stutter. It got to the point I stopped listening and listened to another book.

Overall the story was good. The audio quality is what made it a 3 star book for me……get it on sale don’t use a credit or pay full price unless they fix the issue
