Agatha Christie
Agatha Christie’s third book and second Hercule Poirot mystery with Captain Hasting set in Belgium. One of the most underrated Agatha book, full of fun, intrigue, romance, and more. A largely unexpected jewel.

awful narration
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
The narration, alone, qualifies as cruel and unusual punishment, but combined with the pointless, loud piano loop that was supposed to be background music but was so obnoxiously obtrusive that it served as a main character.
Prisons should use this title as punishment tool. Put this title on an audio loop, and it will reduce the repeat-offender rate! It’s that painful!
It’s a true challenge to complete this book willingly. After several attempts, I have to give up the fight and read the print title, instead. If I were paid to finish listening to it, I’d have to refund the fee! And I’m a lifelong Agatha Christie fan!
Worst Narration Ever
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
I really like the story of Poirot and his adventures, this is the only reason i suffer to the end. The narrator struggles with some words, all the characters have the same voice.
The story is nice but hard to get through because of the narrator.
The narrator is awful.
