Caroline can't take NO for an answer
Caroline is deranged. She just cannot accept that Darcy doesn't like her and she is determined to get rid of Elizabeth. She still wants Elizabeth gone even when Darcy is presumed to be drowned at sea. Wickham is alway for hire to help in any devious scheme.
