What about David Rutherford’s performance did you like?

He uses his Navy Seal experience and show's how we can use the Navy Seal mind set to be successful in any area of our lives. Also we need a team we can depend on, and tells us what to look for in our team... Swim buddy!

What did you learn from Navy SEAL Training: Self-Confidence that you would use in your daily life?

Your success is based on your mind set... Positive attitude in any situation we encounter.

Rut did a good job with the book, I wish Audible was designed so you could view the text version as well as it would make digesting the exercises and specific context much better. He repeats himself a few times I assume to drive home the mindset, But being a civilian that is relatively familiar with him and the SEAL community/experience it makes it seem to drag on. Also he mentions exercise videos being on his website but I could not find them. I think most will find the book interesting and sadly I feel it doesn't do him justice as far as the character he is, I would personally love to see a autobiography from him if he hasn't completed one yet.

Firstly, I think this is a great but to get for anyone that you think needs to get themselves together and become motivated and dedicated to their own improvement. However, if your a person who already has themselves squared away then sadly this book has little to offer you. I think David Rutherford is really an awesome person and I listen to his podcasts and I subscribe to him on youtube. I bought this book to support him, but sadly I didn't get much out of it. I would get this book for a young man.

Loved Rut's energy and enthusiasm on TNQ podcast and honestly needed more hooyah in my life. So happy Rut narrated have it a different feel and he's the ultimate hype man.
