About this listen
Ye screw with this lass, ye get put on yer ass.
When the magical energy of New Orleans redlines, Team Trouble responds.
Caught between three hostile factions of empowered citizens—witches, wolves, and vampires—we scramble to figure out who's leaving bodies littered around the French Quarter.
Navigating the crypts, catacombs, and a cagey council doesn't go our way. Big Easy my ass.
Secrets, vendettas, and undead armies make solving this one dangerous not only for us, but for the empowered sects that don't want our help. Whatevs. When the world gets mean, we tighten our ranks.
And hey: Zombie Apocalypse Level-Unlocked.
Book three in the Case Files of an Urban Druid series, Necromancy in New Orleans, brings you another chaotic free-for-all filled with your favorite Clan Cumhaill characters.

Story
In the past two years, I leveled up as a kick-ass urban druid and became the leader of the Fianna Warriors my ancestor Fionn mac Cumhaill needed me to be. The thing is—four months ago everything changed. The veil between realms came down. With dormant genes waking, the dominant races jockeying for their place in the hierarchy, and the world around us pulsing out of control with power, my position as the Fae Liaison of Toronto has gotten off to a chaotic start.

Story
With the magical veil between our world and the fae realm down, the life we live has gotten weirder by the day. Imagine cloud shape bawdiness, venomous invaders sneaking through tears in the fabric between worlds, and waking up to realize San Francisco isn't where it was the night before. Yeah, lost a city? Call 1-800-Team-Trouble. Handling the whacked and weird of the world is my wheelhouse.

Story
I knew three things about my life before adoption: I was a baby rescued from a blazing house fire, I was found in the arms of a dead man, and no one ever came to claim me. No one. Not ever. Now, as a Montreal detective, I'm dedicated to hunting truths for a living. Unheard voices. Cold cases. Unsolved mysteries. Unearthing secrets hidden in the shadows is my jam. Until the fae veil falls . . . When the world learns magic is real, everything changes. Montreal begins seething with prana energy, dormant genes activate, and seemingly normal humans experience magical awakenings.

Story
Deputy US Marshal Cait Keane is a Witch with a Badge—and a Dragon for a partner. The Boston office tour will have to wait—her first day on the job in her new appointment is canceled to pursue a federal fugitive, a magical with a penchant for fire. She'll need her gun and her wand to take him down. What will her team think of having a magical on board? When a federal judge is killed, she discovers she's in the middle of a territorial battle between criminal organizations. The killer is a magical, or working with one, which makes Cait the perfect Marshal to take them down.

Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

Story
Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.

Story
In the not-too-distant future, a 21-member crew launches from Earth. Their mission: to establish a temporary colony on Mars. Little do they know that colony will become permanent–and the last stand of the human race. Because, without warning, every single person left on Earth simply...vanishes. Now, a thousand years later, the resources needed to sustain life are running out, and the very existence of the Mars colony is threatened. Humankind has only one option–to return to its home planet.

I love the Urban Druid series. It's very easy to fall into the world the authors have created. The narrating is excellent! Now to wait on the next one! I've read them all🙂

A Scary Adventure in the French Quarter
Sent to yet another city with magical discord, Team Trouble is charged with Mysterious Death, Uncooperative Witches, Crime Solving, and so much time in the “City of the Dead” and its Crypts to give everyone the Creeps.
I enjoyed this book in particular because it involved more of the Original Characters than the last few Case Files Entries.
This cast included Kevin and Callum as well as our Favorite Greeks, the Bossman Alpha Lion Garret Grant, and a touch of Evangeline, Angel in residence, also Danika the purple haired Witch from San Francisco.💜
