If you want to change your habits and old patterns, you need a system to be able to approach communicating with your unconscious mind, where your habits are stored. NLP can teach you how to do this! It’s easy but takes some practice to get the hang of it.

Useful and down to earth
This book provides you with so much useful information, it’s hard to know where to start! I recommend picking one technique like the Swish technique or the timeline technique and just practicing it until it works for you. Once you see what NLP can do, you’ll be hooked!

Synchronize your mind and body with NLP. When your mind and your feelings are not on the same page, it can create feelings of stuckness and be difficult to put plans into action. NLP is a good way to get out of this. Lots of techniques in this book to tackle a variety of issues.
