Good info and practices about Mindset.
Easy to read/listen. I like the results Oriented mindset approach and reinforces very well the fix and growth mindset from Dr. Carol Dweck.

The importance of being consistently pushing oneself to achieve 💪 anything. Mindset.
I enjoyed the book so much, and the sense of humor too. It really made me restructure my approach to everything in my life.
Anyone that really wants to succeed in all aspects of their lives should read this awesome 👌 book.

information on not instructional
this book has a lot of good stories it brushes over topics it really does not help you learn how to change your mindset if you're looking for a result focused mindset as they mentioned in the book he doesn't mention really at all on how to do it how to change it what to work on so again it's just a bunch of stories brushing over topics if you're looking for something actually help you make a change or things that you can Implement don't get this book it'll be a waste of a credit or money again it's good stories just inspiration just information nothing concrete nothing actually help you out
