About this listen

Ralph:

Being traded to Dallas was a dream come true. I had everything I wanted, my game had never been better, and my wife was due to have our baby any day now. What could go wrong? Everything.

I was now raising our baby on my own. After hockey practice and games, I didn't have time to sleep, let alone make sure my social media was up to par. I never thought I'd get a second chance at love.

Candace:

When my hotshot brother was drafted in the NHL, he didn't have time to do his social media, so I took over for him. Little did I know it would become my career.

My plate was full with more than 50 NHL players, and I wasn't taking on any new clients. Yet when he showed up on my doorstep with the cutest little girl in the whole world, I couldn't say no.

I was just helping, but it turned into more than that. He's the man I've been waiting for.

Great listen

Oh my goodness I totally love this book. Narration was awesome as usual. The story was really good. The only thing I don’t understand was why the guy his name was Ralph? I was just really weird that’s not a sexy name at all. It’s not something I ever thought I would see in the contemporary romance book. I was just really strange. He could’ve been a Jake or anything like that, but Ralph no

Only One Kiss

It is no secret I love a good hockey romance. I loved the way Ralph was with Ari. This book had everything: a cute baby, an older brother who is protective, hockey players who love to poke at each other, and a no dating clients rule. Oh, and can’t forget the babysitter as well. The character development was on point and flowed great with the story. I can’t wait to read the next one.

Emotional and heartwarming love story

Ralph and Candace were end game from the moment they met. This was a beautiful love story of opening your heart to possibilities. Everything Ralph thought he couldn’t give, Candace knew he could in spades. Their separation broke my heart. I love a man that isn’t afraid to show his emotions and Conner Crais narrated Ralph with such raw emotion you wanted to cry along with him. Ava Lucas narrated Candace in such a beautiful way. You could feel her joy and sorrow. My heart broke right along with hers. The epilogues were fantastic! This was an amazing listen.

Not my fave

I like stand on your own I don't give a f@#k strong women. I don't like how completely she fell apart, fainting, leaving the state, selling her house. I needed a break!

Fantastic single dad romance

A heartfelt and heart-warming single dad romance that will keep you riveted from the beginning until the end. This story is full of angst, scorching hot chemistry, humor, love, and so much pain. I LOVED Candace, Ralph & baby Ariella. I highly recommend this book to everyone I know who loves reading. Connor Crais & Ava Lucas do a wonderful job portraying & bringing the characters to life. They are amazing narrators.

Good

The story was sweet but kind of predictable. Really enjoyed the dad and daughter bond.

Great story and narration

Book one in an exciting new series from Natasha Madison and I could not wait to dive in to it. I have read quite a few books by Ms. Madison and as I have come to expect, the writing was strong with characters that you cannot help but fall for. I was riveted from the first to the last chapter.

The narration by Ava Lucas and Connor Crais did justice to what I found to be a fabulous book to listen too.

I was so excited when I heard that Ms. Madison was starting a new hockey series. This is Ralph and Candace’s story and is an entertaining second chance at love story.

Only One Kiss was at times an emotional read, there were times I laughed, times I cried but through it all was a story of love that made me smile.

It was beautiful to watch the journey and chemistry as the relationship developed between Ralph and Candace. Can Ralph overcome his guilt and in doing so forge a future with Candace?

These characters were so easy to relate too, the story was beautifully written and if this book is anything to go by, then Ms. Madison has another winning series on her hand.
