I was anticipating Manning's story so much after the little nuggets we got in the previous two stories. His wife was ratchet to the tenth degree and I could not wait to see how she got what was coming to her. Manning was a good, good man. I don't know any man that would allow his wife to do what he did for the sake of his son. When he met Evelyn, all bets were off. Those two were destined to meet that night so that Manning had a chance to live his life and be happy.
That man was faithful to a cheating wife (in his house) that he hadn't touched in YEARS. He had repeatedly asked for a divorce. Don't come at me for saying what he did was not cheating. He met his soulmate and knew he couldn't let her go. Evelyn was patient and understanding and had that man's back from the get-go, unlike his so-called wife of almost 10 years.
Natasha Madison always gives us the perfect blend of passion, laughs, heat, and HEA's. She knows how to write a story and the narrators make you love it even more.

Manning is the Captain of his Hockey team. He has a beautiful wife, and a son who is the light of his world. Everything is perfect, from the outside. But Manning is drowning and he doesn’t even know it. Not until he sees Evelyn in a restaurant.

Evelyn is like air for his starved lungs. Once he looks at her he can’t look away. He forgets about his farce of a marriage, and his beautiful, surgically-modified wife who cheats on him and refuses to give him a divorce. All he sees Evelyn.

It was only supposed to be one night, but when you’re meant to be with someone, fate steps in.

I loved this book. I loved the angst. I love that Evelyn was bothered by the fact that he was still married and I’m glad she was strong enough to put her foot down and walk away. But I also loved that Manning was man enough to fight for her.

This has got to be one of the best, if not the best, book of this entire extended series. Wonderful characters, just enough drama and hardships and a narrators who are quickly becoming my favourite duet.

Ever since book 1, I was ready for Manning’s. I saw some negative comments about his cheating on here. Give me a break! He hadn’t been with his hoe wife for 4 years. She constantly cheated in his house and in front of him. Manning and Evelyn were adorable. I loved her! Can’t wait to hear Nicco and Becca’s story. It’s rare I make it this far in a series. I usually get bored

This is the third in the latest series from Natasha Madison and I could not wait to dive in to it. The writing was strong with characters that you cannot help but fall for and I was riveted from the first to the last chapter in the story that Ms. Madison wove.

Great narration from Ava Lucas and Connor Crais brought the story to life for me.

Only One Night is Manning and Evelyn’s story it was an entertaining read that ticked all the boxes for me. Trapped in a marriage that he has been trying to escape for four years, all it takes is one night to change the course of Manning’s life. From the first moment they meet the connection between Manning and Evelyn is strong.

However Evelyn is shocked when she learns who he is and that he is technically married. The anger, betrayal and guilt that Evelyn felt had my heart breaking for her. The struggles that both Manning and Evelyn go through as they try to deal with the attraction that sizzles was at times emotional.

I’m not a fan of cheating and although there are some decidedly grey areas in this book, I really didn’t feel as though Manning was cheating. He has been estranged from Murielle for years and has only stayed in the same house because of his son Jaxon.

I loved the relationship that he has with his son who just about melted my heart and the fact that his teammates all had his back was wonderful. I loved catching up with the other couples and am excited to see what Ms.Madison has in store for this series.

An emotional, intriguing, heartfelt and addictive romance. I'll be honest, I was not sure if I would like this story because Manning is a married man, technically cheating on his wife but the circumstances and what he is going through totally changed my mine. Manning and Evelyn are perfect for one another. Their road was not easy but they defy the odds and prove that love conquers all. I adored this story. Narration was great!

I love all these characters and their stories are so wonderful!!

Manning kinda broke my heart with all that he had to go through to get his HEA.
But he deserves it so much!!

I can't wait to read the next one in this series.

Actually I love this series! I love that the female character have backbones and the guys shed tears. Hands down my favorite is Manning and Evelyn ❤️❤️❤️ I was crying with Evelyn, her struggle with whats right and wrong.
