The two stories by Emily St John Mandelq and Charlie Jane Anders were 5/5. The others? Not so much

Mostly midling and meh.

In all anthologies you'll have some bad but in this it's mostly bad. Maybe it's just badly labeled. But not many of these stories are from a ruined place. In the intro they explain that apocalypse means change, but the book isn't called Out of the Apocalypse.

There are definitely good stories in here, but not many about ruins.

More misses than hits.
