Helpful

My favorite was the chapters discussing tips and strategies. Because they were easy enough to do without any special equipment or anything that makes you standout like a sore thumb. Easy and direct, and the author has this well organized to revisit any section you need.

An Actionable Way to Overcome Overthinking

"Over Overthinking" is for anyone who feels trapped in their own thoughts as I have. The author dives deep into the mechanics of overthinking, exposing it as an illusion of control that often leads to stress, anxiety, and even overreacting. By breaking down this habit into manageable parts, the book provides clarity and guidance.

What sets this book apart is the CLEANSE framework—an easy-to-remember and actionable tool for tackling overthinking. Each step, from “Check” (examining your thoughts) to “Enjoy the benefits of your work,” is practical and relatable. I found the emphasis on “Normalize distractions” especially insightful; it reframed my occasional lapses in focus as normal rather than something to beat myself up over.

This audiobook is packed with practical strategies that you can apply immediately. The author encourages breaks, self-care, and celebrating progress, which makes the process feel manageable. Over Overthinking doesn’t just help reduce anxiety—it paves the way for unlocking your full potential. Highly recommend it for anyone ready to reclaim their mental peace!

This audiobook helped me rethink the pressure I put on myself to always “get it right” and how I always get worried how I'm being perceived. Highly recommend this to anyone who feels emotionally overwhelmed or stuck.
