What did you love best about Playing for Time?
The narration really kept my attention and I never had to wonder who was talking, the different characters were very clear.Who was your favorite character and why?
Joanna was my favorite character, I really enjoyed how she tried to change her life by giving herself more challenging work.Have you listened to any of LC Kane’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
This was my first LC Kane bookDid you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
A few times I laughed at Ryder, the male protagonist, when he was helping Joanna's elderly neighbor.Any additional comments?
There was a few points in the story that didn't feel realistic, like when Joanna is beaten up and then her bruising and soreness magically disappear when Ryder starts to make love to her. However the great character portrayal by LC Kane kept me hooked and wanting to know what happened next.Great narration overcomes small storyline problems

Any additional comments?
I read this many years ago and loved it and now to have it read to me was a delight. The voices used for the characters were just as my imagined ones. Our heroine is looking for more excitement in her career; our hero looking for more normalcy; how their two different professions bring them together is the magic. The narrator gives the older and the younger their own unique voices and you never have to imagine who is speaking. I'm going to eagerly awaiting the next PAX novel to come to audio.Taking care of business
