Fabulous, Much Needed!
I really enjoyed this audiobook! It's such a great topic and a wonderful area of focus. I coach a girls u16 aau team and I am always looking for ways to motivate them, instill confidence and increase their focus. I played this audiobook throughout practice numerous times and also on road trips in the van. As i talked to the girls about the affirmations and what they liked about them and many of the players said the affirmations provided another voice in the back of their minds giving them verbal affirmations they have never heard in that way before. Mental toughness is a skill and trait that can be developed and this audiobook really delivered!

Programing one’s mindset to achieve great things
Here is a metaphor I like to use when explaining confidence, autonomy, and self-respect: Confidence is something that once planted, sprouts into a great oak tree that will affect everything around it positively because it’s roots are so grounded.
