Worth a credit, even though it’s short

A lot to experience here, as the Belgian protagonist weathers an emotionally fraught childhood, counterproductively eccentric relatives and, finally the hostage situation in the Congo in 1964. Interesting throughout and well-written. Plus, the narrator was wonderful. J’ai beaucoup aimé ce titre!
