Prescott Pilots is an anthology that features the romances of three sisters, triplets: Sharla, Darla (Dee), and Carla (Carlie), who are pilots for their family's air service. Based on the family's Virginia plantation, Sharla does charter piloting, Dee is an instructor, and Carlie flies cargo.

"Born to Fly" is Sharla's story where she teams up with US Marshal Reed Conners in a romantic suspense.

A very engaging trilogy

This anthology is made up of three stories “ Born to Fly, Logan’s Lady and Loving Carlie.
Stories about a set of triplets who are pilots in their family’s charter company. Sharla, Dee and Carlie are accomplished pilots and very strong independent women. Only men who accept them for whom they are, will be able to capture their hearts.
BORN TO FLY- belongs to Sharla and US Marshal Reed Connors. He’s been using the charter company for a while and on the surface these two seem to just tolerate each other. But when a flight takes a turn of events and they are stranded in a snowstorm, feelings are revealed .When danger follows them and is a constant in Reed’s world and he refuses to share his life with Sharla. The story is filled with action, bad guys, and of course hot romance. Will they find their HEA?
LOGAN’S LADY - belongs to Dee and Logan Bradford. They had a short affair but the moment he wanted her to stop flying, Dee broke it off. Both were affected by that break up. Now she’s been hired to be a flight instructor at Logan’s ranch. The chemistry is still there but the past , and secrets they are keeping, are obstacles that might never be overcome. Will they be able to find their HEA or will their weariness keep them apart?
LOVING CARLIE- This last story is about Carlie. Though she is one of the triplets, she’s a little more insecure. Likely due to her marriage being a disaster and ending in a divorce . Now that her sister’s are married and away on vacation, Michael Trehearn, her ex-brother in law, is hired to fill in as a pilot. Michael has always been in love with Carlie, and now that she is no longer married to his brother, he sees it as getting a chance with Carlie. It’s a sexy romance filled with angst, and self-doubts . Will Carlie risk a second chance at love or will Carlie’s past experiences with Michael’s brother destroy that chance? This last story will also tie up any loose ends with all the sisters.
A very good trilogy that I promise you will definitely enjoy.
The narrator was very good . At all times you knew what character was “speaking”.

Delightful!

This is a delightful anthology about the Prescott sisters, triplets Sharla, Dee and Carlie, all pilots for the family's Prescott Air Service. These sisters have a special gift that sometimes lets them know what the others are thinking, feeling and whether or not they need help. They are all very sensitive and, as time goes on, their senses are becoming stronger. Born To Fly is the story of Sharla and US Marshall Reed Connors and their mad dash out of harm's way, through a storm and subsequent danger. Sharla is flying him to a safehouse where he's to meet up with the witness in an upcoming trial, but things go sideways and they just might not make it out of there, let alone have a HEA.Logan's Lady is the story of Dee and Logan Bradford. They had a steamy one week affair that was so very special and Dee was certain that she had found the one. He knew she loved being a pilot, so when he told her that he wanted her to stop flying, Dee ran. He didn't tell her that he had a sound reason for being unable to handle loving a pilot, and it's a heartbreaking part of his story. She is hired to teach his workers to fly, and with a lot of support from Dee, Logan takes wing and flies. Loving Carlie was a little bit difficult for me to read because the angst was so damaging to both of them and so personal. Carlie had been in a disastrous marriage with Bill Trehearn that epitomized everything evil in an abuser. As horrible as Bill was, his younger brother, Michael, was a breath of fresh air. He was in love with Carlie before she even met his brother and he has never forgiven himself for letting her go to him. Now he has his chance, but Carlie is a tough nut to crack. She has too many fears and insecurities, but that's what being married to an abuser has done to her. Needless to say, he never gives up and there's a real payoff for them both! The narration was wonderfully done by Alexandra Haag. Her clear and dynamic voice brought each character to life with an individual personality and attitude.

Great Series!

Any additional comments?

This is a great book; this is the Prescott Pilots Anthology written by Becky Barker and narrated by Alexandra Haag. This anthology features three sisters, who are triplets. Sharla, Darla (Dee), and Carla (Carlie), who are pilots for their family's air service. Based on the family's Virginia plantation, Sharla does charter piloting, Dee is an instructor, and Carlie flies cargo. I thoroughly enjoyed each of the sister’s romance story in this set.

The narrator Alexandra Haag did a great job with this book. She did a great job with the different voices of each character in this book. It was very easy to listen to in one sitting and I didn’t want to stop listening until the end.

If you are looking for a great book with well-developed characters then you need to listen to this book. I am looking forward to listening to the next book by this author and narrator.
