About this listen

Let Tom Cardamone lead you into his wicked universe of changelings and mysterious creatures, where a boy transforms into lightning and illuminates his emerging sexuality. Where a man accidentally receives a package meant for his neighbor, a situation complicated by the fact that he lives next door to a Sphinx. A nurse finds herself working in a retirement home for vampires, while in the future a man questions his decision to live life as a manatee.

Featuring tales of quiet suburban anomie, to superhero tropes, to intense erotic horror, Pumpkin Teeth spans the range from Palahniuk insanity to Bradburyesque tenderness. Warning, once you are bitten by Pumpkin Teeth, it will not let you go.

Horrific Erotic Hypnotic Product

What made the experience of listening to Pumpkin Teeth the most enjoyable?
Tom Caradamone's PUMPKIN TEETH: Pure Genius. A glimpse into an exotic world that mirrors ours, yet is horrifically, and sadly, not ours... not exactly.

What did you like best about this story?
Tom Caradamone's PUMPKIN TEETH: I've not been so deliciously disturbed by horror fiction since I read "Clive Barker's Books of Blood" the first time in the 80's. Prepare to be seized by sheer frightening genius… a truly powerful imagination with a dark bent… wicked talented writing. Tom Caradamone picks up the "King's crown of gay-horror"" where Clive dropped it…

What does Michael T. Bradley bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Good reader. Sounded like a teen aged boy when needed.

Tom Caradamone's PUMPKIN TEETH: Brilliant. Epic. Lusty lightning-charged teenaged experiences that make your heart ache and race with long-forgotten excitement that once captained your entire existence.

If you could take any character from Pumpkin Teeth out to dinner, who would it be and why?
really?
"Suit Case Sam".
Why?
So I could take him / it to a cheep hotel… and feed it.

Any additional comments?
"A baptismal toast of the thirsty night…"

Tom weaves tales-of-terror that rivet you to the spot. You shuder and listen… you do not want to hear any more… but you can't stop listening. The horror pouring into your ears is like nothing you've ever heard before. Now, you are not really sure you want to hear what comes next, but you can't stop... because you HAVE to hear just how terrible and awful, bizarre and strange it's going to get.

"Life is meaningless, but, agreeably so."

Tom is going to take you down a dark creepy tunnel. Underground you'll chase after the naked tender pale flawless butt of a cute white rabbit… or maybe it's a young boy.

"Travis. The beach. Sipping rum & coke. Listening to Pink Floyd in Travis' room. Travis rolls over and I see he's in his underwear. I can feel the hair on my thigh's raise. "Travis, I think I'm made of lighting." The record stops. "I know What to do. Follow me." He leads me into the bathroom. The shower is on. The tiny room is hot & moist. He slips off his underwear. "Come on...."

Tom Caradamone leads us into the purple clouds of winsome, and deadly new strange landscapes you've not seen before, but perhaps you still vividly remember these places from long-ago... from your teenaged years and wet dreams: overly-creative overly-sex-oriented over-powering erotic nightmares… beyond measure.

It's like you're on a curious new wonderful recreational drug. An unknown underground drug that makes you feel so good. So pleasant. But… this trip can twist back at any moment to tear into your mind with gruesome unthinkable horrendously ghastly and totally new ingenious ideas.
You really don't think you should take the Tom Cardamone drug.
Nope.
You know you should not take the Tom Cardamone RED pill.
Yet...
you're curious about exactly what will happen if you take it.
Is it going to really "TURN YOU ON"?
What dreadful things will you witness.
How frightening will it get?
Still... it's just a book full of ideas.
Maybe sexy and avant-garde, unusual and off-center... it's fun to try new things and find out just how strange the trip will get.

Strange and disjointed

Any additional comments?

Bunch of short stories that seemed more random and pretentiously artistic, than deep or poetic. Some might enjoy it, but it's not my thing.
