This audiobook strictly has ASMR sounds designed to help you feel more relaxed so that you can fall asleep easily. I've been using these sounds to help my toddler transition to a bedtime routine. Helps with anxiety
As someone who's been struggling with some anxiety and occasional insomnia, finding ways to wind down and actually get a good night's sleep has been tough. You might just sleep like the dead with this audio book!
I have had trouble sleeping at night, this audio book helped me by calming my mind before I try to sleep. I notice that my thoughts slow down and I am able to sleep much easier listening to this book. I highly recommend it.

Loved it!! It's one of my favourite audiobook now. I listened to it several times. The sound is so relaxing and calming. Best one out there
I deal with anxiety randomly. It will hit me and I have to sometimes just be alone and listen to calming music. I found this audiobook and it really distracts me whenever I have a wave of anxiety hit me. I enjoy this a lot.

What a great distraction
I suffer from both insomnia and panc attacks, this audiobook has helped with both. As I'm turning in for the night I turn on the book and it helps distract my mind from all of the chatter so that I can get to sleep. When I feel my anxiety rising, this audiobook distracts me and helps prevent my catastrophizing thoughts. Would recommend to anyone who needs to relax, reduce anxiety or help with sleep.
