Pure and Simple Relaxation
I think this audiobook is awesome. If you want to relax or meditate this book is for you. The author transports you to the beach with the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. The book also has rain tracks which makes me fall asleep like a baby. Most people dream about that vacation to the beach while grinding out work at the office. Here is your chance to bring the beach to you. If you close your eyes while listening you will think you're actually there.

Peaceful sounds, sleep restored!
I have trouble falling asleep and often dont get a quality rest. I feel it affects my day and I dont have enough energy to stay up as late as I need to be. I always have my eyes open for helpful ideas on what to do about better sleep. This book looked promising. After listening to it I feel this is my new routine for a good nights rest! The sounds were peaceful to me and I have always loved ocean sounds!! It was perfect. A variety of 3 different versions of rain or ocean sounds that lasted long enough for me to fall asleep. I take a long time to fall asleep too. I recommend this book to anyone needing help to fall asleep. Great book!
