This Gen X'ers thoughts born 1972
I wish it was longer. I love it! The sounds kept my mind calm. I would recommend to anyone with stress and loves the rain.. The sounds calm down the mind a bit. This is just my option and it works for me. Hugs! See! I'm calm enough to right a review! Look mom I'm growing up!!

Talking about nonsense
If you cut first and last chapter. This is a five star sleep aid. I just start on second chapter and set a timer for it to turn off right before the last. It’s a pain but I find that I’m falling asleep faster now that I cut the talking.

Worst part is first and last chapter with talking
In the first and last chapter,it's guy talkinvvthe intro and asking for a rating st the end. Both should be cut. Especially the last one is disturbing if you use for sleep and his deep voice suddenly and abrubtly starts. However, it was cheap. So, to avoid what I don't like, I start with Chapter 2 where the rain starts and put a 2 hour timer on, so it shuts off before he starts talking again at the end. I still use it nearly every night and find it very soothing, with his I use it.

Don't waste a credit or $
the first "chapter" isn't the sounds of the storm which isn't too terrible you can forward past but WHY at the end of a soundtrack to help you sleep would you TALK and loudly .... seriously that was annoying to the point I was wide awake AGAIN
